Lifestyle Ltd, located in Suite 801, Singga Commercial Centre 144-151 Connaught Road West Hong Kong, allows to users of it's services to enter, edit and view online, free content in general, their profiles and/or thoughts.
Users of these services and content can contact and communicate directly with Swinderclub.com using the followig email address: lifestyle2014ltd@gmail.com.

2 – USERS' OBLIGATIONS AND BEHAVIOR

Under this part (Terms and Conditions) of Service, the term "User/Users" means both users of the site and advertisers.

6 - RULES FOR THE PUBLICATION OF CONTENTS

swinderclub.com reserves the right to take any decision on the cancellation and/or suspension from service in the case of content that infringes the rules, terms of use and applicable law.

The content should be written clearly and legibly, without the addition of special graphic characters, as they may create readability problems.

Links to web pages: swinderclub.com does not accept the publication of content referring to external sites that violate the law.

The content being freely inserted can have text input and accompanying images with erotic or pornographic content.

swinderclub.com recalls in particular that constitute criminal offense: defamation, invasion of privacy, exploitation, or aiding and abetting prostitution, the spread of child pornography.

7 – FINAL DISPOSITIONS AND JURISDICTION

swinderclub.com reserves the right, at any time, to withdraw, cancel or modify, temporarily or permanently, the provision of this service as well as delete and edit content posted by users according to criteria of unquestionable discretion, without notice to the user and without stating any reasons of cancellation.

The user agrees, therefore, that Swinderclub will not be responsible to the user himself or to any third party, for amendment, suspension, revocation or denial of service and the cancellation and modification of messages forwarded or published, whatever the means of implementation are used for those purposes.

These terms and conditions and the relation between Swinderclub and the User shall be governed by the law of the Italian Republic.

For any dispute concerning, arising out of or related to these Terms and/or use of the service shall have exclusive jurisdiction to the Court of Rome, Italy.

 

8 – ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The user, before use of any service, it is obliged to check the possible existence of changes and/or updates to the terms of use.

These changes and/or updates will form, in fact, an integral part of these terms and conditions and will be a source of agreement between the User and Swinderclub.

With the underlying declaration of acceptance of the User expressly declares "I have read carefully and specifically approve the covenants contained in the terms of paragraphs 3), 6) and 8).
